a charming stay!
beautiful decoration central location comfy beds great showers
i loved the beautiful decoration and interiors. the location was central, but quiet. comfy beds helped me sleep well. the showers were also great.

the rooftop offers a great space to chill out after a long day, and staff helped with luggage. there is no lift, yet staff were happy to assist with carrying bags upstairs. location to visit the medina is excellent.

the staff arranged a ride to the bus station. staff also took our bags out of the medina to meet the transport which i found very helpful. i felt very looked after and safe.

The breakfast included fresh fruit and local pastries. Transportation was easy to arrange and reliable. I especially liked the rooftop terrace. It offered a quiet retreat. The staff assisted with directions to local attractions. This helped me navigate the area easily.

underwhelming experience
rooftop mattress broken television
The rooftop mattress reeked of something awful , maybe cat urine. the television in my room didn't work , and despite asking three times , it was never fixed. also , the neighborhood surrounding the hotel felt unsafe at night . I encountered people inhaling glue from bags , which was unsettling.
